("Pawz") is a 501(c)(3) organization.  Pawz shall be permitted to deduct the actual cost of any good or service provided to you from the donation provided.  Such costs may include the cost of any framing and/or shipping of any artwork to which your donation relates.  Pawz will endeavor to apply your net donation to the specific cause designated at time of donation.  Pawz shall not be liable in the event that any application of your net donation is rejected.  If no specific cause was designated at time of donation, Pawz reserves the right to apply your net donation toward any one of the many causes that Pawz supports.  Pawz shall not be responsible for, and you hereby agree to indemnity Pawz from and against, any and all damage, claim, liability, cost or charge that Pawz may incur account of your donation, including, without limitation, and bank or other charges, return fees, insufficient fund charges or similar expenses in connection with your donation.  Pawz reserves the right to return any donation in its sole discretion.
